GHC Health Project

At GHC Projects we undertake all projects with respect to hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centers. The services we office cover all activities from project development to commissioning and handling over to the client whitest adhering to the “Green Standards”. Project Development

Range of services includes conceptualization, conduction of feasibility study, location selection, medical brief, financial feasibility and project costing, company formation, fund raising, initial approvals, appointment of project consultants and advisory panels and presentation of overall policies and strategies.

Site Management

Scope of work includes confirmation of feasibility, confirmation/drawing of survey plan, Title search, Soil testing, Water testing, obtaining of approval, Assessment of the site, formulation acquisition/lease agreements, and acquisition/takeover of property, fencing and security.

Hospital Design

Scope of work includes confirmation of the Medical Plan, Process Analysis of the respective services, Presentation of Architects Brief, Presentation of Schematic design, Presentation of Detailed design and Presentation of Functional design.


All activities needed for Project Approval from Ministries and local government bodies, all site approvals, BOI approvals, Building Plan Approvals from relevant authorities and approvals needed to begin operations.

Construction - Civil, Engineering

Scope of work under this category includes Preparation of B.O.Q.s of Civil & M& E contracts, Tendering & Selection of Civil & M& E Contractors, Preparation of agreements, Presentation of Bonds and guarantees & signing of agreements, coordination of Initial payment, Mobilization of project consultants, Initiation and monitoring of the construction, Project financial and logistics management, coordination of Insurance, Commissioning and Hand over of civil and M & E components.

Equipment Management

All activities needed for Equipment Planning, Tendering & Selection of Suppliers, Preparation of Agreements, Importation, Installation, Training, Protocols for management, Commissioning & Hand over

HR Planning Recruitment

Scope of work include Confirmation of the process activities related to HR, Job Analysis including planning of the Number, Profile and the Job descriptions, Market Analysis & Preparation of packages, Advertising & Recruitment, initial Training, continuous training & Development plan.

Supplies Management

Activities include Confirming the Supplies aspect of the process analysis, organizing the supplies chain Management process, Initial estimation, Formation of the Supplies Management board, Selection of Items, quantity of the products, Negotiations and selection of the suppliers, Agreements and Purchase and storage.

Establishing systems

Includes Policies & Protocols including Medical Administration Policies and protocols with respect to, Patient care services, General Administration, HR, Marketing, Financial Management, Facility Management and IT.

IT planning , commissioning and training

Scope of work includes Mapping patient care Process, Developing a system aligning with patient care process, Assessing the IT equipment requirement, Testing of system, Training of staff, and Commissioning.

Commissioning and Hand over of the hospital

Official handover of Civil, M & E, Equipment, IT and Hospital Information System and Promotional activities.

Multiversity Project

The Multiversity design creates and Aesthetic Agile healthy & Suitable Learning environment. IIHS Multiversity Leaning space provides a natural setting by using Natural Ventilation and Light with an Aesthetic Environment. The university facilitates in Merging Technology both Hybrid and Augmented Learning

Multiversity Hospital Project

IIHS International University Hospital which provides multispecialty healthcare services to the South Asian market. This will be a great initiative that would create more opportunities for Sri Lankan and South Asian patients to obtain international level of health care services at an affordable fee. The main focus of this project is to set up a 150-bed, multispecialty Teaching Hospital in Gampaha, Sri Lanka with a view to provide total solutions in patient care services such as preventative, investigative, curative, and rehabilitative care. Furthermore, the hospital also provides services in subspecialties including cardiac, endocrine, neurological, renal, orthopedic, and rheumatology along with centers for training. This would be a focus on becoming a pioneer private teaching hospital in Sri Lanka with the collaboration of an international hospital and a university partner.
